Howdy, Keni.

I’ve recently decided that I’m officially campaigning for President of the United States and I’d love to publicly speak on campus about public safety, online safety, campus safety and also officially announce the presidency campaign that I am pursuing.

Will you please assist in scheduling an event in order to do so? I appreciate the opportunity to express my concerns in the public forum and I believe that doing so on UAS campus would be idea. I am choosing UAS as the place to officially start this thing off at, as I feel more comfortable knowing that I will have our local tribes in support of a tribal fueled mission to re-establish a more natural way of life by means of indigenous culture and education.

Unfortunately, as a public institution, by law [Alaska Statute 39.52.120(b)(6)] the University is not permitted to use any of its property or resources for partisan political purposes. Partisan political purpose includes anything done with the purpose of differentially benefiting a candidate or potential candidate, political party, or group.

I wish you well in your campaign pursuit to address safety and indigenous culture.

So how come you’re not asking me if I’m even partisan at all? You’re just flat-out denying me after avoiding me for three whole days.

Plus, “Partisan political purpose includes anything done with the purpose of differentially benefiting a candidate or potential candidate, political party, or group.” is clearly not part of the statute, unless this has been revised, which I’m almost certain that it has not.

The grounds of your denial shows flat out bias, as you have not even touched on the fact that I wish to speak on four different topics, yet, you have denied me of a public speaking opportunity for all four in one fail swoop suggesting that your decision is based on political bias and corrupt agenda alone. And that you seemingly searched for a way to tell me no, rather than a way to make this work.

I would also like to point out that your “allegedly” corrupt institution has allowed the local tribal president to speak on campus, and as far as your statement on the law is concerned- you without a doubt are showing bias and blatant ill—will towards me plus my campaign in an extremely passive—aggressive manner that I do not find the capacity to appreciate in any form whatsoever. This is not a joke, the campaign is not a joke either, and I definitely do not appreciate being treated as such (no matter how nicely you put things).

Your behavior towards me and my campaign with you as chancellor is not acceptable, and will not be tolerated in any form.

Thanks for all the proof that I needed to show and thoroughly prove that your establishment and you personally as well hold heavy bias against any form of speaking out about the Las Vegas route 91 harvest music festival human trafficking incident. One very important question remains though, who put you up to this? “Allegedly” corrupt police “chief”, Ed Mercer?

Your unspoken support for such a tragedy to not be addressed is beyond disgusting, and will now be thoroughly exposed. The fact that it even took a public tweet in order to force your hand is beyond ridiculous, and I will end this debacle of a transmission on the firm statement that it is you who shall need the well wishes with the amount of legal hot water you’ll quite possibly be facing just because of the aforementioned.

Thank you for your time, and thank you for finally taking the time out of your ever—so busy—day to finally address the issues you are forced to face.
